Over at the Legends & Heroes MX Tour display in vendor row, a fine historic collection of vintage machines were on hand thanks to the help of Jeff Clark’s team of volunteers to includeDiane Clark, John Alex Clark, Chelsea Storer, Chris Belkoffer, Dave Glenn, Nick Glenn, Dean Greene, Jeremy Greene, Amy Greene, K.C. Cox, Matt Schorie, Zack Schorie, Jane Schorie, Erica Schorie, Ben Wanke, Brian Wanke, Robert Wanke, Tim Grow, Dennis Waltman and Barb Waltman.
The original Whoop de Chews stickers were recreated by Jeff Clark at Bad Brush Design (www.BadBrush.com) and were on display. Throughout the day "Moto Trivia" was played with the fans and the lucky winners got a cool Whoop de Chews sticker for their efforts! Thanks Jeff!
Also added to the vintage community at Red Budd this year was a great display by Rusty Hibbs and the Michigan Mafia Reunion. Profiled were Team Dynamics and the Bigalow Racing Family along with some of the finest show quality vintage machines from Suzuki and Yamaha. Rusty pulled all the stops to bring a cool display of Michigan motocross history to Red Budd. His project is one to be proud of and raises the notch for quality vintage displays.
At the end of the day we all had a chance to chill and even got RD over for a cold one. Our thanks to Amy Richie and the folks at Red Budd for inviting the Legends & Heroes MX Tour back for its second year.
