Help Dave Turner
We received this note today:
Dave Turner, the guy who invented the turntable fmx trick and traveled the world with the likes of Nate Adams, Jeremy "twitch" Stenberg, Drake Mcelroy, to name a few in the early 2000's in what some would call the rise of what freestyle mx is today. After suffering two broken ankles at an FMX demo resulting later in an amputation of his left leg below the knee and dealing with the trials and tribulations of life being disabled, Dave has resumed his dream of riding and racing motorcycles.
Dave is in dire need of new riding boots, goggles, gear etc. Dave is traveling on a break neck budget to Michigan and could really use some extra funds and support from sponsors. After qualifying for the X-games May 29th the Super X Adaptive Finals motocross competition the ESPN X Games will be televised live again this year so there will definitely be plenty of advertising spots available.
If you'd like more information about Dave Turner and how you can help him out and a complete list of things needed, or to schedule an interview with Dave, please call Dave's manager Brad Columbus @ 503-480-9670 or e-mail Brad @ brad@crashinc.net
