DC's Travis Pastrana and Crew Jump Onto "Nitro Circus"
VISTA, CA - DC’s pro motocross rider and rally car driver Travis Pastrana premieres his new show “Nitro Circus” on MTV this Sunday, February 8, 2009. Well-known for its crazy and hilarious stunts and DVDs, “Nitro Circus” continues to push the limits with its new thrill seeking MTV series. Each week, Travis and his crew of top action sports athlete buddies will come up with new crazy stunts, and compete against one another in an entertaining game of “one up-manship.”
Recognized as the world’s greatest freestyle motocross rider, Travis joined the DC Team in 2004, and now sits on both the DC Moto and Rally Team rosters. Known for making the “unthinkable” thinkable, Travis has created a name for himself by combining his athletic skill with wit and guts. His long list of honors and achievements include the infamous Double Backflip at X Games 12 on top of his nine X Games gold medals. After only two years rally racing, Travis earned two Rally America National Championship Titles in a row, making him the youngest American rally champion ever.
