30th Soboba Trail Ride March 1st
January 23, 2009 10:02am
The 30th Anniversary Soboba Trail Ride will take place March 1st 2009. Held annually on the Soboba Indian Reservation near Hemet, CA. The course for this famous off-road event is composed entirely of private reservation land consisting of challenging single track motorcycle trails.
Off-road icon Malcolm Smith will lead off this California’s premier off-road ride, hitting the trail a 8:00am.
Interested riders can visit www.sobobarides.com to download an entry form to get into this unique off-road riding event.
The Soboba Trail Ride Team is pleased to announce that they have teamed up with members of the Orange County Dualies (www.dualies.com) dual-sport motorcycle club to hold a raffle to raise funds for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (www.pbtfus.org).
Thanks to some great donations from some industry leaders all of the raffle funds will go directly to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Raffle prizes include Jardine’s new off-road exhaust (www.jardineproducts.com) that features a revolutionary new silencer design that reduces sound while increasing power, the impeccably designed and styled Bell Moto-8 helmet from Bell Powersports (www.bellpowersports.com), and the sport’s most rugged handlebars – the Easton EXP motorcycle handlebars from Easton (www.eastonexp.com).
Raffle tickets will be on sales at the ride and are priced at just $5 each, or three for $10 with the raffle being held during the lunch break between the two legs of the Trail Ride. Riders will be able to grab a Soboba burger or burrito, check their bikes over and listen in to see if they have won one of the great prizes!
