Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda Anaheim 2 Report
Anaheim,CA - In front of a packed house of 40,000 plus fans, round three of the AMA Supercross series took place in Anaheim,California and the fans of the Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda team were pleased with the performance of team rider Troy Adams. Adams, from Brooksville Florida made the final twenty man field and raced his way to a 15th place. “I felt good all day and the track was really tough but with the help of my mechanic and the whole team, I feel like I had a good night and we learned some new things” Adams said “I can’t wait until we go to Houston this weekend and I get to ride on more east coast type dirt”. With his placing in the main, Adams moved up into twenty-first in the series points.
Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda’s other team rider, Josh Hansen had some crashes and arm pump problems and failed to make the final main event. “We need to be better as a team and I think we will be” reported team manager Kenny Watson “I’m happy with Troy’s finish but I know he can do better and Josh will be on it next week” says Watson. The team, as usual, had a pit presence that out did every other team in the pits and this week saw the addition of the Rockstar Energy drink girl go-go dancers. Make sure you stop by the truck at one of the upcoming rounds to get a glimpse for yourself at the spectacle that is team Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda!
