Schwagon - Grand Rapids AX After Party
Grand Rapids, MI – Mc Fadden’s restaurant and saloon was the place to be for the 4th annual MX Donations Arenacross after party presented by Schwagon.
The Van Andel Arena played host for the opening round of the AMA Arenacross series in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Motocross fans were not disappointed as each of the weekend’s four main events boasted a different winner. Furthermore, spectators were treated to an exciting freestyle motocross show, pit bike racing, and special guest appearances from fan favorites like Supermoto champ Mark Burkhart. As the last arenacross main event came to a close on Saturday night, fans and racers quickly rushed over to the 4th annual MX Donations Arenacross after party presented by Schwagon. Only steps away from the Van Andel Arena, McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon had their entire second floor open and ready for race fans to watch the opening round of the 2009 AMA Supercross race in Anaheim, California.
“This year’s event was a complete success and had to be one of the biggest turnouts I’ve ever seen,” said Schwagon marketing director Dustin Schuiling when asked about the after party. Along with the Supercross, presenting sponsor Schwagon was on hand to play video loops, network with racers and fans, and pass out Schwagon stickers to encourage motocross and action sports fans to visit their website and upload videos for a chance to win a variety of cool free “schwag” from different action sports companies.
Between the exciting arenacross action at the Van Andel Arena and the airing of the first round of the 2009 supercross season, motocross fans and racers had all the fun and excitement they could handle. MX Donations and Schwagon were very happy with the results and hope to do even more for Arenacross fans next year.
