  • SuperMoto Qualifier at the Navy Moto X World Championships

Simplified Format will Accommodate Committed Pro Riders and Teams

Palo Alto, CA, March 27, 2008– XBux Inc., a division of the XTRM Sports Network and the fastest growing online and offline action sports network for sponsors, promoters, competitors and fans, today announced that the AMA National Race originally scheduled for April 11-12, 2008 in San Diego will not be held. In place of the AMA National Race, the Navy Moto X World Championships will run a Last Chance Qualifier to accommodate committed Pro riders and teams planning on attending the event.

Forty-eight riders will be invited to the Qualifier based on last year’s points. A total of 12 spots will be awarded, in addition to the 20 previously seeded riders. The roster of riders who make the final will be determined by the direct results of the races to be held on April 11, 2008. The list of riders, entries and schedule are posted on www.xbux.com/supermoto. Riders are requested not to contact ESPN directly.

“XBux is proud to help deliver a platform for up and coming competitors and to give them the opportunity to earn a spot on the line in the finals”, said Myron Short of XBux. “We believe that delivering these preliminary rounds adds to the excitement of the Navy Moto X World Championships and we look forward to a very competitive field.”

The Navy Moto X World Championships does not affect the AMA series, which will go forward as previously announced.
