  • Quad Lock Introduces All-New Cup Holder Mount and Suction Windscreen/Dash Mount

The following press release is from Quad Lock:

QUAD LOCK REINVENTS THE CAR MOUNT, AGAIN.
First-ever Cup Holder Mount joins a next-gen Suction Windscreen/Dash Mount: Built for the Toughest Terrain

MELBOURNE, Australia – Quad Lock introduces its most advanced car mounting solutions yet: the re-engineered Suction Windscreen/Dash Mount and the all-new Cup Holder Mount. Engineered for unbeatable strength, seamless adjustability and style, these phone mounts are designed to be the best in the world.

SUCTION WINDSCREEN/DASH MOUNT

Quad Lock’s most iconic mount has been re-engineered for peak performance. Featuring next-generation suction base technology, originally developed for the extreme demands of aviation and marine industries, the new Suction Windscreen/Dash Mount is now stronger than ever, easier to install and reposition and built to perform in extreme temperatures. The newly upgraded Suction Windscreen/Dash Mount features a lever-actuated suction base that locks firmly onto your windscreen or dashboard, eliminating the need for gels or adhesives. Designed for effortless repositioning, the suction holds firm without losing strength no matter how many times you move it. Tested rigorously in both scorching heat up to 80 °C and cold -30 °C, this mount is built to perform in extreme driving conditions.

“Drivers told us they wanted a mount that could be repositioned without compromise,” said Martin Loscher, Product Design Lead at Quad Lock. “Through rigorous testing in hours of thermal cycling and endurance trials, it stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and reliability. Its ultra-rigid, one-piece body is designed to maximise stability on even the roughest roads, while the advanced suction base maintains a secure hold in extreme heat and cold. As one of our most versatile mounting solutions to date, it reflects the innovation and precision of the talented team behind it.”

CUP HOLDER MOUNT

Joining the Automotive lineup is the all-new Quad Lock Cup Holder Mount, transforming a standard cup holder into a sleek, secure, hands-free setup. Designed for drivers who prefer a lower-profile setup without compromising strength or style, this mount combines function with form.

An adjustable base fits cup holders between 70mm and 100mm, ensuring a snug, tool-free installation in a wide range of vehicles. A forged steel core delivers rock-solid stability even on rough terrain, while a flexible gooseneck arm lets drivers adjust height and reach with ease. Paired with Quad Lock’s patented dual-stage locking system, users can rotate between portrait and landscape modes, ideal for navigation, music, or hands-free calls.

"Cup holders have always held drinks. We thought it was time they held something smarter. said Chris Buerckner, Product Design Lead at Quad Lock. “We designed this mount to lock in with confidence and stay put, even when the road doesn’t. From tight city turns to off-road rattles, it handles the ride without a second thought. It’s tough, refined, and unapologetically functional, just how we like it.”

Both mounts integrate seamlessly with Quad Lock’s trusted ecosystem, delivering the same level of device security relied on by athletes, adventurers, and professionals worldwide.

For longer trips, pair both mounts with the Quad Lock Wireless Charging options to stay powered throughout their journey. Whether on the dashboard, windscreen, or in a cup holder, your phone will always be within easy reach.
