Round seven of the 2025 AMA Pro Motocross Championship will take place this Saturday at the FXR Spring Creek National, in Millville, Minnesota. Check out the list below for a look at who’ll be missing the action due to injury.
450 Class
Jason Anderson – Health Issues | Out
Kawasaki announced on Friday that Jason Anderson is out for Saturday's Spring Creek National "due to health issues."
Dylan Ferrandis – Leg | Out
Ferrandis is dealing with a stress fracture in his leg and probably won’t be back for any Pro Motocross this summer.
Grant Harlan – Leg | Out
Harlan crashed at RedBud and another bike ran over his leg. He doesn’t know the full extent of his injuries yet, but he told us he doesn’t think anything is broken. He’ll miss Spring Creek.
Derek Kelley – Leg | Out
Kelley snapped his fibula when he caught his foot in a rut at RedBud. He’s out for the season.
Freddie Noren – Banged Up | Out
Noren is currently banged up. He sat out RedBud and will be sidelined this weekend as well.
Aaron Plessinger – Illness | In
Plessinger was sick at RedBud and it bit him in the first moto when his energy level dropped about halfway through. He was unable to line up for the second moto, but he’ll be back for Spring Creek.
Joey Savatgy – Leg | Out
The QuadLock Honda team announced Savatgy suffered a leg injury at RedBud and is out for the Spring Creek National.
Cooper Webb – Knee | Out
Webb twisted his knee in the second qualifying session at RedBud but still raced. He was was dead last with bent bars after a second turn crash early in moto one but charged up to tenth only to run out of gas in the final turn on the final lap. He bounced back to eighth in moto two. However, on Wednesday Yamaha announced Webb will "undergo a minor procedure to have his knee cleaned up," and will miss the remainder of Pro Motocross. He was leading the 450SMX SuperMotocross World Championship qualifying standings (516 points over his teammate Justin Cooper's 502 points, but missing the remaining rounds of MX will likely drop him several positions.
250 Class
Max Anstie – Leg | Out
Anstie broke his leg in Birmingham and hasn’t raced since. He’s currently in rehab and should be back on the bike very soon.
Julien Beaumer – Wrist, Banged Up | Out
Beaumer had a big crash at High Point and hasn’t been the same since. He also jammed his wrist in the crash. He met with a doctor recently and was advised to take a couple races off to get back to 100 percent. He’s looking at a return to racing at Ironman.
Daxton Bennick – Concussion, Back | Out
Bennick sustained a big concussion in Philadelphia and hasn’t raced since. He’s back on the bike, although a return date is yet to be announced.
Pierce Brown – Back | Out
Brown is expected to line up for some races before the summer ends. He hasn’t raced since fracturing his T5 vertebra in Tampa.
Casey Cochran – Shoulder | Out
Cochran dislocated his shoulder during qualifying at Southwick. It was later learned he’d also sustained ligament damage. He’s out for the summer.
Trevor Colip – Femur, Stroke | Out
Colip had a bad crash during qualifying at Hangtown, in which he sustained a broken femur. There were further complications at the hospital and Colip suffered multiple strokes. To help him out, visit Road 2 Recovery.
Cole Davies - Arm, Nose | Out
Davies is back on the bike after breaking his nose and right arm in Salt Lake City. A return date has yet to be announced.
Evan Ferry – Achilles | Out
Ferry is out for the year after tearing his Achilles at A1.
Chance Hymas - ACL | Out
Hymas is out for the year due to a torn ACL, which he sustained at High Point.
Ty Masterpool - Hand | Out
Masterpool missed RedBud after breaking his hand in a tip over while practicing. He’s out for Spring Creek.
Cameron McAdoo – Knee | Out
McAdoo is out for the summer with a torn ACL.
Kayden Minear – Thumb | Out
Minear is off the bike for the immediate future due to a torn UCL in his thumb, sustained during qualifying at High Point.
Carson Mumford – Ankle | TBD
Mumford hasn’t raced any Pro Motocross races this summer due to an ankle injury sustained in Birmingham. At time of posting, we hadn’t received official confirmation on his status, but it’s unlikely he’ll line up for Spring Creek.
Jett Reynolds – Leg | Out
Reynolds broke his leg during the supercross season and hasn’t raced since. He’s looking at a return to action at Ironman.
Stilez Robertson – Wrist | Out
Robertson is out for the foreseeable future due to a nagging wrist injury.
Nick Romano – Shoulder | Out
Romano sustained a shoulder injury at Pala and will miss Spring Creek. He might return for the final two nationals.
Gavin Towers – Knee | Out
Towers is out until 2026 due to a torn ACL and lateral meniscus.
