Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki Announces Respective 250SX Rider Regions
We finally have it! Less than half a week from the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross kickoff, we have the final big piece of the puzzle when it comes to the 250SX divisions. Team owner Mitch Payton and his crew finalized the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki roster’s respective 250SX regions, as the team announced Monday evening on social media.
In a straightforward Instagram post, the team announced: “It’s almost time… A1, here we come! See you there 👀🔥” with a photo of both Levi Kitchen and Garrett Marchbanks.
Note: the team sent out a press release on Wednesday afternoon.
This pairing in the 250SX West Region was what Racer X's Steve Matthes had reported recently, and it is now official. So, there we have it: Kitchen (back with the team for a second consecutive year) and Marchbanks (making his return to the team in supercross after four years with ClubMX Yamaha) will race the 250SX West Region Championship. This puts Ty Masterpool, Cameron McAdoo, and Seth Hammaker in the 250SX East Region—which starts February 8 in Tampa, Florida. Kitchen finished second in the 2024 250SX West Region Championship and fans are excited to see the Washington native battle with the likes of his former Yamaha teammate Haiden Deegan, Honda's Jo Shimoda, Triumph's Austin Forkner and Jordon Smith, and more. Marchbanks, who earned 2019 250SX Rookie of the Year honors with the team in his debut supercross season, finished sixth in the '24 250SX West Region standings.
Up-and-coming star Drew Adams, the sixth official member of the team, is set to race the Supercross Futures amateur program in 2025. The Tennessee native is noted as a potential fill-in during the 250SX season if needed, but with a two-year deal locked with the team for 2026 and 2027, it appears the team is taking a well-thought-out approach that could be key to long-term success for Kawasaki’s top prospect.

Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Kitchen and Marchbanks On Deck for 2025 Season Opener
The following press release is from Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki:
The wait is almost over and the gate is about to drop for the first time this season, with Levi Kitchen (No. 47) and Garrett Marchbanks (No. 36) tapped to start the year this weekend for Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California. The duo is no stranger to the West Coast dirt and the fierce competition that comes with starting the season under the Angel Stadium lights. Kitchen enters the season with a full year under his belt with the team, while Marchbanks had a few races under the tent in 2024; he’s ready to get a fresh start in 2025.
Iain Southwell, Team Manager:
“We’ve had a busy off-season with the all-new Kawasaki KX250. The whole team has been giving it their all the past few months, and we are more than ready to showcase it this weekend. Levi and Garrett are pros when it comes to being prepared for all the nerves that can come with racing A1. We know they both have a shot at winning and we’re ready to see what they can do.”
