Encinitas, California – The Jessy Nelson benefit eBay auction Part 2 is now live.
One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to Jessy's Road 2 Recovery fund to help him with all expenses he and his family has incurred since his crash in the second moto at the Pro Outdoor Motocross Nationals at Unadilla. This is a 10-day auction with a one minute staggered start and finish. The first item will close on Monday, October 24, at 9:00 a.m. PST with each item closing one minute after that. This staggered start and finish will ensure that if you might have missed one item, you'll still have an opportunity to bid on something else before it closes. All shipping in the U.S. is free. Each item won will help Jessy out in a major way, so start bidding now.
R2R is also holding a contest to win custom KTM 250SX-F just like Jessy's.
Meanwhile, due to the overwhelming support and gracious donors, Road 2 Recovery has put together Part 2 of the Jessy Nelson benefit eBay auction. The amount of athletes and private donors that have reached out after the first auction to donate, has been so inspiring that R2R had to put together another auction. Part 2 is much more diverse in its inventory and include some very rare finds. The items span from all types of sports; basketball, baseball, Indy Car, Olympic BMX, to skate boarding and of course Motosports has a huge representation. These items are from professionals at the top of their sports and are sure to make the lucky winner extremely happy. There are some really special non-sports related items as well, like a helicopter ride-along for two with the Los Angeles Police Department Air Support Division that includes a gift card to SeaLegs Wine Bar and a week stay in a beautiful vacation home in Costa Rica.
