Luke Clout Gets Two-Year Deal with MAD Racing/Dirt Candy Suzuki

From fill-in to a two-year deal, all in less than a week.
It’s been a whirlwind couple of days for Australian Luke Clout, who got the call to fill-in for the injured Daniel Baker last week. Clout only got in a few days of testing with MAD Racing/Dirt Candy Suzuki before Round 3 of Monster Energy Supercross at Anaheim. The former MX2 Australian motocross champion qualified for the main event out of the LCQ and finished fourteenth.
Earlier today, the team announced they had signed Clout to a two-year deal. “We are excited about having Luke [Clout] join the team. With his first week results we look forward to the rest of the West Coast 250SX and are working to get him completely comfortable on the RM-Z250,” said the team in a statement.
Crazy week for the Australian.
