Namura Technologies has just released their newest Hyperdryve-series piston. Developed as a lower-cost alternative to stock forged pistons, the Hyperdryve line is cast from a proprietary hypereutectic aluminum alloy engineered to maintain its tensile strength up to 700° F, 50 percent higher than a conventional cast piston. This means Hyperdryve pistons can safely be used in stock applications originally calling for a forged piston, at a significantly lower price point.
The new NX-70062 series pistons are available now for late-model KTM 350 4-strokes and are a viable alternative to OEM replacements.
