Kyle Regal extended his Arenacross points lead last night at the third round of the playoff-inspired Race to the Championship, in Spokane, Washington. Consistent 3-2 finishes gave Regal the overall over teammate Gavin Faith. Veteran Chris Blose rounded out the podium. Matt Goerke and Gared Steinke won the respective mains Saturday night, but has to settle for fifth and sixth overall. The win for Steinke was the first of his career. Regal now holds a six point lead over Blose in the championship.
In West Region Lites, veteran Daniel Blair clinched his first career title with a third Saturday night. Steven Mages and Dave Ginolfi took the top two spots.
