Former SmarTop/MotoConcepts rider Jake Canada is back on the bike after not racing all of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross due to funding. "I was trying to find a bike for a little while and couldn't find anything," he says in the video. "It got to the point where I just went and worked for my dad to pay the bills."
Canada, who spent Monster Energy Supercross with 51Fifty Energy, ended the 2014 250SX West Region with five straight top ten finishes. Canada has fourteen career 250SX top ten finishes since turing pro in 2010. He will return to a privateer effort in 2015.
"The plan for this year is completely different," he said. "I'm enjoying because it's kind of my own deal, going back to the roots a little bit. I'm bringing my dad into it, kind of like we did back in the amateur days."
