Red Bull Straight Rhythm is going to go down on October 4 at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, CA and Travis Pastrana will be there on an unholy 500cc Suzuki hybrid two-stroke monster….or RMZilla! You just knew that Travis couldn’t be predicable or rational if he was going to compete, and the moto fans couldn’t be more pumped that he is included in the impressive list of riders showing their skills in a few weeks. Discount Tire Racing/TwoTwo Motorsports team has signed the infinitely talented Josh Grant for 2015. You know we’re huge fans of both riders and look forward to the next chapter for both of them as they unite as a formidable team moving forward. JG is busy testing and dialing in the new Kawi, but will give us some time and the latest on his new ride.
Tony Blazier is one of the true gatekeepers to all that is motocross history. His passion is obvious if you follow any of his social pages and we’re guilty of spending way too much time going through his daily contributions of linking the history between motocross generations. We’ll look forward to bench racing with him tonight.
Highland Park Resort, in Cedartown, GA, will host the Back to the Track charity ride this weekend. All proceed will benefit some local injured rides that have faced long-term medical care and are good friends of our local motocross community.
