There’s no racing, but there’s still plenty to talk about on tonight’s Pulpmx Show presented by BTOSports.com. Host Steve Matthes will welcome in-studio the great Denny Stephenson and privateer hero Cody Gilmore to talk about the season that was in supercross and anything else that’s on their mind.
Brett Metcalfe was plucked right out of Canada to fill in for the injured Ryan Villopoto, so that means he’ll be back racing the USA Nationals this year. Metcalfe is one of the nicest guys in the sport and hoping that maybe this ride propels him back to the U.S. full-time. We’ll ask Brett about that tonight.
Taking Metty’s place on the Leading Edge Kawasaki team up in Canada is Josh Hill as he leaves the RCH team to head north and give it a go up there. Hill had a nice comeback season in supercross and we’ll talk to him about that and the move to Canada.
Stephenson requested the Bad Boy of SX to come on and we know we just had him on. But hey, it’s Rick Johnson dammit.
Jeff Matiasevich is a two-time 125SX champion and will join us on the phone tonight to talk about his visit to Las Vegas for the supercross and his time hanging out with Denny and Cody last weekend.
Fly Racing’s German SX champion Jason Thomas will join us tonight to talk about his weekend at the races and everything else in the sport.
