Torrance, CA: Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard will line up on the gate this Saturday for round 13 at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, MO. Canard returns to racing aboard his factory Honda-prepared CRF450R, having recovered from a broken arm sustained Thanksgiving weekend while preparing for the 2014 Supercross season.
“I’m really looking forward to getting back out there and racing with all these guys each week,” said Canard. “Since getting back on my bike and training for motos, everything has gone smoothly. I’ve been riding a lot at home in Oklahoma, and the Honda team came out and did some testing with me last week. I feel really good and my CRF450R is working awesome. However, I expect it will take a little while to get up to full race speed, but I will give 100 percent effort regardless.”
“We are excited to see what Trey can do at the remaining five rounds of the series,” said Team Honda Muscle Milk Manager Dan Betley. “Trey has made a lot of progress in a short period of time since getting back on his bike. He’s an incredibly focused and determined racer, and I think it won’t be long before he’s mixing it up with the front-runners.”
