RK Excel America Now Hiring

RK Excel America is the exclusive importer of RK Racing Chain and Excel rims. We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time sales person to join our team. Excellent communication and phone skills, good organizational skills, ability to multi task and the flexibility to wear multiple hats is a must. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, an off road or street enthusiast with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Some basic mechanical understanding of motorcycle drive systems and wheels is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls

Call on new and existing customers

Incoming Sales support

Data entry, entering and maintaining customer orders

Follow up with customers on order status

Qualifications:
Must have excellent phone manners and a professional, customer service-oriented demeanor

Dealership experience and/or mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is preferred
Must be comfortable cold calling

Must be organized and detail oriented with solid communication skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Part Time Position:

Approximately 25 hours per week. 11:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Schedule is flexible.
