Rockstar Energy KTM sustained another setback -- they've already lost Davi Millsaps to a knee injury -- as multiple sources have confirmed to Racer X that 250 rider Joey Savatgy suffered a broken wrist, an AC separation, broken ribs and partially collapsed lungs in a practice crash yesterday at Milestone. The team has yet to release information on the injury.
