APG Announce Canadian Motocross Event Promoters

The Allied Promoters Group Inc. (APG) is pleased to announce its official launch. Effective immediately, the APG is the sole collaborating body of Canada's premiere motorsports facilities, dedicated to the advancement of Canadian motocross.

The APG's Board of Directors, comprised of industry leaders in Canadian Motocross, have a shared vision to enhance and grow the sport of motocross in Canada at the amateur, national and international  levels.

The APG is a national coalition of tracks. Founding members encompass Wild Rose MX (Alberta), Popkum (British Columbia), Riverglade (New  Brunswick) and Ontario's Sand Del Lee, Gopher Dunes, and Walton  Raceway. Additional associate members include a variety of industry leaders. The APG will present a common voice. Members are committed to sharing of information and transparency of operations. Collectively, they bring the synergy of many combined decades of accumulated experience.

The APG will undertake to ensure the viability of race facilities and  create opportunities for sustainable growth. As a democratic organization the APG has the mission to unite, advocate for and advance both facilities and the sport.

The plan of action of the APG includes recognizing the requirement to satisfy the needs of the motocross community and industry stakeholders. While working with one another and the various clubs to embrace best practices for racing, event management and sponsorship fulfillment, APG will respect and maintain the individuality, regional interests and heritage of each unique facility.

The APG is pleased to be endorsed by many of the Industry's leading companies and leaders.

The highly successful US based National Promoters Group (NPG), whose cooperative efforts have been the driving force for the evolution of modern pro motocross, serves as a model demonstrating the direction and ambition of this newly formed organization.
