  • Cycra Racing PowerFlow Radiator Shrouds

Hebron, Ohio – Cycra Racing continues to add performance features to the 2013-14 Honda CRF450 and 2014 CRF250 with the release of PowerFlow™ Radiator Shrouds, using the "Never Stock Never Replica” design philosophy.  The new radiator shrouds incorporate patented PowerFlow™ technology to increase air velocity and is race proven by top teams such as GEICO Factory Connection Honda and TLD (Troy Lee Designs) Lucas Oil Honda.

The new shrouds feature patented PowerFlow™ air scoop technology that provides fresh cool air behind and around the radiator, fuel tank and engine cylinder head area; dramatically reducing heat and optimizing  performance and durability.  The reinforced internal side struts provide additional strength against the pressure from rider’s legs or knee braces; this provides more support for the radiators over the stock components. The front leading edge is reinforced to prevent cracking or breaking from rocks, trees or other hazards. A built in design feature is the extended leading edge, which reduces snagging of the riders boots and legs allowing for more aggressive riding and cornering.

The one piece design utilizes the latest in Solid Modeling, FEA software and is coupled with plastic and injected molded technology for a precise fit, optimum weight, coloring and durability under the toughest race conditions. One additional bonus is the new retention system designed into PowerFlow™ air scoop, which helps hold the stock radiator louvers in place, (no more lost louvers).
