Factory Connection Opens New Facility

Factory Connection is proud to announce the opening of our latest facility in Milwaukie, OR. We will be open for business beginning October 4, 2013. Days and Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm PST.

This facility is company owned and will be managed by Jake Doyle. Jake has spent more than ten years as one of the lead technicians in our California facility. Many of the Factory Connection riders will recognize Jake from events like Lake Whitney, Oak Hill, World Mini, Ponca City and several West Coast events in recent years. We are extremely pleased to have such a qualified and friendly person at the helm of this new facility.

Our goal has always been to “meet or exceed our customers’ expectations”. We feel that this location will allow us to better serve Factory Connection riders in the Pacific Northwest by improving turnaround times and reducing delays in shipping while providing the same quality workmanship that a rider receives in any of the Factory Connection facilities.
