With injuries piling up—Blake Wharton, Nico Izzi, Ryan Sipes and Davi Millsaps are all out—Rockstar Energy Racing was in need of a fill-in rider and they have found their replacement: Michael Leib. The Californian will be joining the team for the final two Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship rounds at Utah and Lake Elsinore. Leib has spent the majority of his four-year career in Europe racing the GPs for a number of teams. Although he has raced Monster Energy Supercross on a privateer effort the past two seasons, the inaugural Utah National will mark his first career Lucas Oil Pro Motocross race in his career.
