Dunlop Seeking Manager for AM Motocross
Dunlop is currently accepting résumés to fill its position of Manager, Amateur Motocross. This position is responsible for the management of all Dunlop amateur racing activities, including amateur support selection/allocation, amateur event support/sponsorship, oversight of amateur support programs such a Team Dunlop, and Dunlop sales programs associated with amateur racing.
The job requires location in Akron, Ohio as well as extensive travel to amateur racing events throughout the year.
Requirements include:
BS in Business Administration or Marketing and related work experience desired, including five to eight years motorsports industry experience—preferably motorcycle racing. Experience driving strategic planning, execution and measurement, excellent written & verbal interpersonal communication skills, knowledge and application of budgeting concepts, good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel & Access software applications, demonstrated experience in a team environment, ability to analyze business trends and align them with customer needs, working knowledge of various social media platforms and their applications.
