Politelli Confirmed for GEICO MiniMotoSX
Irvine, CA. – CHP Racing backed Willy Browning and Austin Politelli have both had great success at MiniMotoSX in the past. Both riders have confirmed their participation in the 2013 GEICO MiniMotoSX, fueled byt Monster Energy, which will take place inside the Orleans Arena on the Sunday following the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Finals in Las Vegas.
Browning, a top Supercross and Arenacross privateer for years is well known as a great Mini Bike racer and in 2011; he became the first and only rider yet to win all three Expert class finals in the same night (12 Inch, 10 Inch and the World Final). “I am really looking forward to having a fun night of racing and want to be in contention for the wins” said Browning. “Racing Mini Bikes is such a great time and I hope that everybody gets out to Vegas for the 10th annual MiniMotoSX”.
Politelli has had a breakout year in the West Coast 250 Supercross Championship culminating with a fourth place finish at the San Diego round, just before the West Coast riders went into their break. “I won the Youth Championship in MiniMotoSX a few times and I am riding better than ever at Supercross so this is my time to win the Expert class” said Politelli.Everybody can race as there are eight adult classes and three youth classes as well as a Women’s class. And new for 2013, Electric bikes are eligible to compete in the appropriate classes based on wheel size and wheelbase. For the fourth year, the MiniMotoSX will conclude with the World Final race that pits the top three finishers from the Expert & Youth classes plus the Women’s champion to take on the International Champions for bragging rights and cash. This event is a great time for racers and spectators and for most; this is the closest you can ever get to racing a Supercross.
