Broc Shoemaker Inks Deal
Lancaster, Ca – Team Verasty Clothing/JNA/Pasha Racing is excited to announce the formation of an all new supercross team for 2013. The team will be fielding two riders for the 2013 West Coast 250 Supercross championship. Both riders will be aboard C4MX/Graeme Brough tuned 2013 KX-250F’s with help from Kawasaki Simi Valley. Leading the team to Round one will be Broc Shoemaker, son of former motocross racer Mike Shoemaker. Broc’s a Yamaha and Suzuki amature stand out that is now making his transition to the pro ranks. Broc will be running #448, with the #48 in honor of his recently passed father. The teams second rider will be Supermoto stand out Dustin Hoffman. While focusing on his efforts in supermoto here in the United States and in Europe for the last couple years, Dustin is no slouch in the dirt and can run with the best of them on the motocross tracks of Southern California. You can find Dustin on the #279. Unfortunately Dustin will have to sit out the first round due to a practice incident which left him with a fractured wrist.
Team owner Chris Neis adds, “Im really proud of both our riders. They have come from different back grounds and have taken different paths to get here but both are really dedicated and I just hope we can provide the equipment and opportunity to match their desire.”
Broc comments, “For the last few months I’ve been pounding out laps on the track and wearing the peddles out on my bike to prepare for this. It’s been my lifelong goal to line up at A1. Unfortunately, I won’t have my Dad by my side but I know he’s watching down on me and I just want to make him proud. I can’t thank Chris and everyone else involved in the team enough for creating this team for Dustin and I to live our dreams.”
