Finalists for Miss Monster Energy Cup
AURORA, Ill. – Feld Motor Sports® is excited to announce that the search for Miss Monster Energy Cup has been narrowed down to the final three contestants: Mayra Tinajero, of San Diego, Crystal Cunningham, of Hesperia, Calif., and Ashleigh Fisher, of Houston. The lucky winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to the Monster Energy Cup on October 20 at Las Vegas’ Sam Boyd Stadium to serve as the spokesmodel for this lucrative race.
With several weeks left and three ladies remaining, the lasting hopefuls will be participating in an exclusive photo/video shoot, which fans will be able to view at www.MonsterEnergyCup.com in the coming weeks. The crowned champion, who will be announced the first week of October, will receive an exclusive prize pack, which includes airfare, hotel accommodations, Monster Energy Cup merchandise and more.
Miss Monster Energy Cup will be responsible for hoisting the 30-second board prior to each race, meeting the world’s top riders at the winner’s circle and interviewing riders, fans and industry personnel. Fans will have a chance to meet Miss Monster Energy Cup throughout the day in the pits and around the stadium.The search for Miss Monster Energy Cup started with 25 randomly selected girls across the nation and has been lessened down the remaining three, whose profiles can be viewed at www.MonsterEnergyCup.com.
The 2012 Monster Energy Cup features an all-new track design inspired by five-time Supercross Class Champion Ricky Carmichael. The Carmichael-inspired track design will consist of supercross and motocross obstacles unlike any other racetrack design in the world. More than 200’ of the track will be built into the grandstands, and the riders exit the stadium and race through the Monster Energy Fan Zone outside of the stadium and through the pit area before they catapult back into the stadium. The Monster Energy Cup posts a $250,000 purse with the winner walking away with a $100,000 check, and any rider that wins all three Main Events will take home $1 million.
