Canard, Nicoletti, Kiniry, Baker and Keefe on the Pulpmx Show Tonight
Honda’s Trey Canard just returned from helping out in Africa and the injured racer will be on tonight to talk about that trip, his thoughts on the nationals and we’ll try to figure out what he’s going to do next year. Canard is always one of the best guests we have and we’re sure that he’ll bring it tonight.
Filthy Phil Nicoletti of the Eleven 10 Mods team just had his best race of the season at Budds Creek and despite running up front a bunch, Phil just hasn’t had things go his way. The New Yorker has been on the pro scene a while now but only in the last couple of years has he really shined with some serious speed.
OTSFF’s Bobby “Meathead” Kiniry has been racing up in Canada this summer and collected a couple of thirds at the first couple rounds before breaking out this weekend in Calgary and collecting a win. We’ll have Kiniry on to talk about his season up there and what’s going on down here.
Trainer to the stars Aldon Baker will join us to talk about his work with Ryan Villopoto, Blake Baggett, Tyla Rattray and Jake Weimer. All of his current and past racers have shown the ability to get up front and win races and the tie-in is this friendly guy from South Africa. We’ll have Aldon on to talk fitness, racing and his best Villopoto story.
TLD Honda team manager Tyler Keefe took a bit of a risk moving amateur racer Jessy Nelson up to fill the injured Cole Seely’s spot and selecting Billy Laninovich for Christian Craig’s spot but both moves have worked out. We’ll have ex-pro Keefe on tonight to talk about managing the TLD team and his thoughts on the season.
Our regular phone screener and part-time producer Tits Legendary will be here to answer your calls and take part in the show. Have a question for the show? Send it over on Twitter @titslegendary and he’ll get it on.
