San Diego, CA – XX1090 Sports Radio has long been a powerhouse in sports news programming, and is now proud to announce the addition of an all-‐new weekly motorcycle program, “Bike Week Radio Show.” Motorcycle industry icon Broc Glover will join executive producer and XX1090 regular, Bobby Wooldridge, as a host of the all-‐new show, which airs Sunday mornings at 9:00 A.M., beginning June 17 th . “I am thrilled and excited to be a part of the Bike Week Radio Show and for a chance to work alongside a legend like Broc Glover,” commented Wooldridge. “We’re going to talk all things two-‐wheels – not just racing – and invite guests from all aspects of motorcycling to join us. This show is a wonderful opportunity for the entire two-‐ wheeled community to come together and celebrate the motorcycle lifestyle in a unique forum.” Bike Week Radio Show will be aired on San Diego-‐based XX1090am radio a fixture in Southern California broadcasting, though it spans well beyond the local audience. Listeners can tune in across the country – even worldwide – through BikeWeekRadioShow.com and listen to special guests, industry updates, race results, opinions, shoptalk and more. “This is really a fun prospect and I’m flattered to be a part of it,” commented AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame member, Glover. “I am a lifelong San Diegan, and a big sports fan, and I’ve listened to XX1090 for years. Bike Week Radio Show also plans to engage listeners across the country through live call-‐ins and the “Bike Week Radio Show Hotline.” Any two-‐wheel enthusiast with an idea, question, opinion, or just plain random thought will be encouraged to weigh in during each Sunday morning Bike Week Radio Show hour. “Everyone at XX1090 is excited about our new show,” Wooldridge continued. “We’ve known for some time that a large cross-‐section of our listeners own and ride motorcycles so we always strive to give them a little eXXtra.” The first show is set to air on June 17 th from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M.
