Moto Star/Rock River Yamaha Race Report

Atlanta, Ga- AMA Supercross was welcomed to the East Coast where the weather may be cooler but the race action seems to be getting hotter. We thought after the departure of another top rider, Chad Reed, things may calm down...not the case. Atlanta brought over 70,000 cheering fans and another nail bitter race.

Moto Star/Rock River Yamaha  riders were on the gas and all grabbed TV time making the night shows with fast enough qualifying times to line it up on the main stage gates. Jarred Browne and Ben Lamay both went 14th and 16th in their Supercross heats while Lites newcomer Seth Caldwell grabbed a 14th in his. After tough LCQ's in what is the most stacked field we have seen in years where top guys are not making mains wall headed back to the rig to prepare for next week to do battle again. Moto Star/Rock River Yamaha WMX rider Amanda Maheu was on hand showing off her new Yamaha YZF 250F and signing autographs along with the rest of the team and she was a hit for the fans.
