JOSH HANSEN (No. 100 Dodge/Sycuan Casino/Hart and Huntington/Bel-Ray Racing Kawasaki) Finished Fifth
“I had a good night. Our Dodge/Sycuan Casino/Hart and Huntington/Bel-Ray Racing Kawasaki was solid all night. I had a tough starting spot at the gate but made my way up to fifth. I got by (Kevin) Windham on the last lap and really think that I could have gotten past (Mike) Alessi. I was just having some trouble with some of the lappers that were slowing the pace when I was trying to race up front. It was a bummer. I think I rode pretty well. The bike had speed. We made the best that we could. I didn’t have the best feeling on the bike but we rallied and got us a fifth-place finish.”
KYLE PARTRIDGE (No. 83 Dodge/Sycuan Casino/Hart and Huntington/Bel-Ray Racing Kawasaki) Finished 13th
“A solid heat race and Main for this No. 83 Dodge/Sycuan Casino/Hart and Huntington/Bel-Ray Racing Kawasaki tonight. I ran fifth in the Heat race but just didn’t get the start that I needed in the Main. I worked my way past a bunch of dudes early in the Main. I was running 10th until lap 13 or 14 and just got a little tired. Not super happy, but it’s an improvement and we’ll take it. I think that I rode well tonight. We’ll work hard this week and get ready for next weekend.”
