Morgantown, W. Va.- FMF/KTM's Kailub Russell posted his first career overall win at the ITP Powerline Park GNCC, round 12 of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series, but not without a fight from the rest of the talented field of pro racers. Powerline Park in St. Clairsville, Ohio is home to some of the most grueling obstacles on the 13-round circuit, specifically the "Powerline Mudhole" that served as the deciding factor of an intense battle between AmPro Yamaha's Thad DuVall, New Zealand bad boy Paul Whibley and Australian superstar Josh Strang. Following this Sunday's airing of Powerline Park bikes, GNCC ATV coverage will return to VERSUS on Sunday, November 27, at 5:30 p.m. with the Amsoil "pink" Ironman ATV race.
The 2012 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series kicks off once again in Florida, coinciding with Daytona Bike Week March 10-13.
