In true cinematic fashion, FASTEST is a maximum-speed, full-length film capturing the thrilling, and sometimes terrifying reality of MotoGP racing. From acclaimed filmmaker Mark Neale (“Faster,” “The Doctor, The Tornado and The Kentucky Kid.”), along with award-winning producer Paul Taublieb, the film charts Valentino Rossi’s quest for his eighth premier class championship as he battles back from a horrific, leg-shattering crash to take on a wave of ferociously fast young riders and the emerging stars of the sport, including Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies, Dani Pedrosa, Casey Stoner, as well as Marco Simoncelli, in whose memory FASTEST is now dedicated.  With unprecedented access and never-before-seen footage, FASTEST asks the question every rider – even the greatest of all time – must face: who’s fastest now?  FASTEST.  The greatest feeling. The greatest risk.

Never-before-seen footage in the almost one-hour of DVD extras include:

- “Save!
- “Redneck Physics and Real Physics” with Colin Edwards and other MotoGP riders and insiders
- “Yellow” a candid conversation with graphic designer Alberto Drudi and Kevin Schwanz about Rossi’s colors and inspiration for his helmet designs
- A profile of Riders for Health, official charity of FASTEST
- The long version of the FASTEST trailer, including footage not seen in the movie
- And much more, including a go-kart battle between Rossi and his younger brother, an in-depth analysis of Rossi’s career and the M1 bike with Yamaha engineering legend Musao Furusawa, and former Playmate Lauren Vickers’ personal guide to the riders of MotoGP and the personalities of the paddock

The movie will also be available on iTunes and other digital download platforms, and retail outlets throughout the US and Canada. Internationally, the film remains in theatrical release in Europe, Australia and other markets. The most up-to-date information regarding international screenings can be found here.

“Good films about motorcycles are few in number, fewer still about motorcycle racing but Fastest is, at least in my book, equal to On Any Sunday.” – David Miller, bikesportnews.com

"The behind the scenes footage will be viewed in years to come as hugely historical. Fantastic." - Toby Moody, MotoGP Announcer

Press images, exclusive clips and the film’s trailer are available HERE and at www.facebook.com/fastestthemovie.
