Bel-Ray Racing-Weekend Preview
FARMINGDALE, NJ – Bel-Ray Company, Inc. – With the AMA National Motocross and Moto2 series still on a break, and the Australian motocross championship concluded, Bel-Ray Racing Teams will race this weekend in the Czech Republic and Canada.
Round 8 of the CMRC National Championship will take place this weekend at the Sand Del Lee Circuit in Ottowa, Ontario, Canada. With only 1 round left in the 9 Round series, the Kini / Red Bull / KTM / IMX / Bel-Ray Racing team of Kieran Leigh and Mason Phillips has shown respectable results for the first year team. Phillips is currently 8th place in the MX1 class, while Leigh, in his first season in Canada, is 6th in the MX2 class.
The MXGP series continues this weekend in the Czech Republic for the Casino Bonver GP in Loket. With only 4 rounds left, the Bel-Ray backed TM Factory Racing Team of Tanel Leok and Petr Smitka are racing to salvage a difficult season. Leok placed 3rd in Loket in 2010 and is set to obtain his first podium of the 2011 season. Teammate Smitka returns to his home Grand Prix and will use the cheering of the crowd to propel himself to a top finish.
