Truth MX/MB1/FLY/PanicREV Rider Ben Evans Moves Into Top 10
After suffering a badly bruised sternum in Seattle, Ben Evans took some time to heal during the Easter weekend break. Coming into Salt Lake Ben was refreshed and ready to roll at his “hometown race” (Ben hails from Boise, ID just 5 hrs north). With tons of family, friends and local sponsors in town for the race, Ben put in a couple solid qualifying times running 12th fastest overall. He followed that by recovering from a bad start to finish 7th in his heat. In the main, Ben’s exceptional endurance became a factor allowing Ben to work from around 15th on the first lap to 10th by the main’s end. Ben’s solid results the last three races (8th, 11th, 10th) have bumped him into the top 10 in series championship points.
Bryce Vallee continues to prepare for the nationals winning both motos at this past weekend’s REM race at Glen Helen. Look for both Ben Evans #49 and Bryce Vallee #814 on Kawasaki 250f’s this summer.
