Gibson Puts In a Solid Weekend In Council Bluffs

It was a good night for TUF Racing as Jeff Gibson made the podium both nights.   Gibson grabbed one of his patented Holeshots in the main on Friday.  Jeff led the race for 24 laps only to be passed by Bowers on the last lap. “I was just got a little tight out there tonight and started to make some mistakes,” said Gibson. “I miss not having some teammates out there,  sometimes one against three gets a little old.”  Jeff overcame an unusual poor start on Saturday night to finish on the podium again.  His strong finishes on the weekend solidified his second place in the point’s championship race over the third place rider Chad Johnson.

The team looks forward to Rockford when Cole Siebler will be back and the team will be back to more than a one man show.   “Cole definitely was the fastest rider on the track the last two weeks before he was hurt and he can’t wait to be back on the track” said his mechanic Tracin Seng.

Michael Lang our lites rider also had his best finish of the season finishing in 4^th just one place off the podium.  “It won’t be long now and Michael will be a consistent podium finisher.”  Said team manager Dave Antolak.,“He just gets better every weekend.”
