Impulse MX Racer Recap from Jacksonville SX

WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ - Impulse GraphX LLC.- Round 5 of the Monster Energy East Coast Supercross Lites series took place this past Saturday night, March 19, in Jacksonville, FL. The Impulse GraphX backed team of Jimmy Weinert Racing/South of the Border were in attendance as were 4 of their elite athletes in the Lites class.
Taylor Futrell (#89) aboard his JWR/South of the Border CRF250r cranked out his best lap of 47.723 with teammate Les Smith (#44) following up with a 48.241. Both riders made the main event where Les Smith finished 7th overall and Taylor Futrell finished 8th overall. Currently Les and Taylor are sitting right outside the top ten in points for 250 Lites East Points in 12th and 13th position.
Although neither of the two started the season off with a hot streak they are building momentum and settling in to finishing in the top ten positions where both riders belong. We look forward to seeing them race in Toronto this weekend and crank out two more top ten finishes for team JWR/ South of the Border and Impulse GraphX.
