Concept2 to Give Away New Rower at RCU

Join Jeff Emig, Jeff Stanton, Damon Bradshaw, Kevin Foley, Mrs. Carmichael and Ricky for an unforgettable day of Supercross. Families and crew members will be treated to breakout sessions with Pro Circuit's Bones Bacon, Dunlop Tire engineers and endurance and fitness expert Robb Beams and the Racer X Virtual Trainer team.

Racer X Virtual Trainer has assembled a panel of experts to answer your training questions and provide education on the latest and greatest training techniques. Expert trainer Robb Beams will talk about strength and flexibility, nutrition, and go over an on-the-bike workout. Greg Hammond from Concept2 will give a demonstration on proper form and how to incorporate the rower into your training program. Seiji Ishii (or Coach Seiji) who currently trains Andrew Short, Hunter Hewitt, and Jason Anderson will talk about the TRX suspension trainer and cycling. Tim Gearhart (Team trainer for JGR MX) will talk about the team training philosophy at JGR and how the amateur can benefit. So come join us and learn from the pros!
