Bel-Ray Congratulates Chad Reed on His Record-Setting Victory

FARMINGDALE, NJ – Bel-Ray Company, Inc.- Bel-Ray Congratulates Chad Reed on His Record-Setting Victory!
On behalf of the entire staff at Bel-Ray, our domestic and international distributors, and dealers, we would like to congratulate Chad Reed and Two Two Motorsports on their record-setting victory Saturday night in San Diego, California.
The poor weather conditions were no match for Reed, as he grabbed the holeshot and early lead ahead of the field. He was passed briefly by Trey Canard, only to get back by Canard when he made a mistake. Reed went on to ride a mistake-free main event, leading the remaining 14 laps to the checkered flag and the win.
This was the first win for Reed in the 2011 Supercross season and the first win for the Two Two Motorsports Bel-Ray team. The victory is also Reed’s 6th at the San Diego round, pushing him past Supercross icon, Jeremy McGrath for the most wins in San Diego Supercross history.
