Twitch reveals why he left the Metal Mulisha and pays tribute to his good friend, Jeremy Lusk, on the second anniversary of his passing. Joining Twitch on panel is Miss California USA 2010, Nicole Johnson and special TDH Correspondent, Amy Paffrath.
