ARMA Energy Focused On Anaheim 2 Supercross

Carlsbad, CA –The ARMA Energy racers are focused and ready for the upcoming AMA Supercross event this Saturday February 5th at Angels Stadium in Anaheim, California. ARMA is a proud sponsor of the Hart and Huntington Supercross team that includes racers Ivan Tedesco, Chris Blose and Josh Hill. The ARMA racers are looking to gain some ground in the points standings, led by Tedesco, currently sitting 11th in the AMA Supercross points standings.

ARMA made an impact at the Oakland Supercross last weekend. Racing with special ARMA team graphics at Oakland, the Hart and Huntington team had a solid performance, with Tedesco and Blose finishing 10th and 11th, respectively, in the main. Notably, Blose missed the cut with an 11th in his heat race and fought his way back to the main by finishing 1st in the LCQ.  

Sidelined from his crash last year preparing for Summer X Games, fan favorite Josh Hill draws a crowd in the pits every time he’s signing autographs. Look for Hill, Tedesco and Blose at the Hart and Huntington and ARMA rigs for signings and giving away samples of the new ARMA Energy flavors.

“ARMA is ready to make some noise in Anaheim. We were excited about the special ARMA graphics we did for Oakland, in conjunction with 7-11, and stoked on seeing the fans’ reactions to the bikes”, said ARMA spokesman Scott “Hollywood” Sepkovic.

ARMA is also offering the chance for every racer, at every round, in each class, to walk away with some extra money in their pockets. Racers will be able to benefit from the added contingency support from ARMA this Supercross season. ARMA is giving over $100,000 in contingency payouts for the 2011 AMA Supercross and Supercross Lites classes. This is the first of many years that ARMA Energy will be supporting Supercross. ARMA established its roots in Motocross in 2010 from the Summer X Games and Outdoor Nationals to the grassroots amateur races.   

AMA Supercross is the premier motorcycle off-road racing series in the world with events broadcast on CBS and the Speed networks. ARMA’s involvement with the Dodge/Hart and Huntington team solidifies our deep commitment to supporting motocross and Supercross on a variety of levels, from amateur to professional.
