About the Job
Filter Publications, publishers of Racer X Illustrated, Racer X Online, and more, is looking for an entry-level online content manager for the industry-leading racerxonline.com. The online content manager will be responsible for managing and posting articles, photo galleries, video, and more on racerxonline.com and other websites. The position will also include some content generation (rider interviews, breaking news releases, etc.), copy-editing, social media engagement, and general website maintenance, as well as additional duties.
Requirements
A college degree is preferred. Knowledge of motocross, supercross, and motorcycle racing in general is essential. Computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of content management systems, and Photoshop, is necessary. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is also important. A strong command of the English language is necessary. This is a very fast-paced, deadline-oriented position that requires motivation, a strong work ethic, common sense, a good attitude, and a love of motocross. This position is located in Morgantown, West Virginia. If you’re unable to work from Morgantown, please don’t inquire about this position.
