A Successful Weekend for Road 2 Recovery at MXoN
Scottsdale, AZ – The Road 2 Recovery Foundation would like to thank everyone who stopped by our venue to support and donate to the Foundation at the 2010 Motocross of Nations event. Thanks to everyone’s support, the foundation was able to earn $22,343.00 which benefits our injured riders fund.
A big thank you to Giuseppe Luongo and the entire Youthstream staff for allowing the Road 2 Recovery Foundation to setup our venue at the MXoN event. Thank you to Bill Savino and everyone at Honda for transporting our tents, boxes, signs, and additional set-up equipment to the event. Thank you to Alex Paul at AP Designs for donating a custom painted Monster Energy Ryan Villopoto helmet which was raffled off over the weekend and won by Michael Lancto of Duncanville, Texas. Michael purchased $100.00 in raffle tickets and took home the helmet valued at $1,500.00. We would also like to thank Deuce Brand Watches for the creation and donation of the special R2R branded watches which were a big hit at the event. Thank you to Don Large for his generous donation for the MXoN VIP Ticket Package for 4.
Last, but not least, a huge thank you to our great volunteers, David & Koby Lynch, and Brett & Brenda Cottle. We could not do it without them.
