MSR’s Kevin Windham back at Millville

Corona, Ca - Kevin Windham made his outdoor return this past weekend at Millville and looked very good in doing so. Windham received the call a couple weeks ago to fill in for injured rider Davi Millsaps aboard the Factory Honda and took full advantage of showing that he has what it takes to lead the best riders in the country. Kevin got the holeshot in his new 2011 MSR Max Air gear and lead for more than half of the moto before "hitting a wall", as he stated after the race but still held on to 5th at the end.

In the second moto, Windham again got a great start and rode at the front of the pack and pulled off a 4th in the moto. With a 5-4 moto finish, he earned a respectable 4th place overall at a very hot and rough track.

Windham was stoked on his MSR Max Air gear as the temperatures reached almost 100 degrees. He stated, "man it was hot and this gear helped in a big way". Look for Windham at this weekends Washougal national as he looks to improve his finishes.
