We just got an update from Jon Mitcheff, the manager for the Valli Motorsports Yamaha team, and he says that Ivan Tedesco is 100-percent a "go" for this weekend's race at Millville.
Tedesco has been out since suffering pretty devastating internal injuries, along with broken ribs and a broken collarbone, on the same jump (and during the same race) that claimed Ryan Villopoto at the St. Louis Supercross. Internal injuries take a long time to heal sometimes, and this was no exception, but Mitcheff says that Tedesco will have been riding for about six weeks by race day this weekend, and his trainer has been pushing him pretty hard to get him back into shape.
So, not only do we get Kevin Windham added to the fray this weekend, we can also look forward to seeing former AMA National Champion Ivan Tedesco out on the track at Spring Creek.
