  • Arenacross Front Runner Tyler Bright Headed Outdoors

Lake Forest, CA  — After a successful Arenacross season Tyler Bright of the Foremost Insurance/Jim Neese Race Team has headed outdoors for the AMA National MX series. After leading the indoor series early, the 19 year-old Bright finished 9th overall in the AX standings and 3rd place in the East Lites points for 2009/2010. He was also the 2008 AX Lites East Series champ and had some success in the Supercross Lites before, but he is really looking forward to making his mark outdoors.

“Tyler is committed to racing the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Outdoor Nationals this year and of course we are happy to help support him,” says Scorpion’s marketing/advertising maven, Suzie Kirby. “His first race is next weekend at Mt. Morris at High Point Raceway. Tyler is totally dedicated to Scorpion and super pumped at the chance to race with the big boys.”

“Super pumped” is an accurate description as Bright will be competing in the new VX-24 helmet featuring Scorpion’s trademarked AIRFIT® technology. Simply put, riders can pump up the proprietary cheek pad inflation system along the jaw line to ensure the perfect fit. In addition to the perfect fit, the VX-24 maximizes protection as the polycarbonate shell is combined with a state-of-the-art dual density EPS liner to absorb maximum energy. In fact, this combination meets or exceeds all Snell/DOT safety standards.

Above and beyond passing the protection test, Scorpion’s KwikWick® washable moisture wicking comfort liner will be helping Bright keep his cool no matter how hot the action at Mt. Morris may get. Speaking of cool, an all new Aero-tuned front ventilation system and redesigned rear exhaust ports ensure plenty of airflow over the scalp. Capping off all the technical improvements, the Ampt, Hellraiser and Impact graphics definitely make a statement.
