3rd Annual Glen Helen Pro Hillclimb Update

Crews spent most of the weekend at Glen Helen in preparation for Round 2 of the Racer X / Malcolm Smith Motorsports N.A.H.A. Pro Hillclimb Series on June 5-6 in San Bernardino, CA. The location of the hill has been moved a mile away to make for better spectating and more intense competition. The world's top riders such as Jason Smith, Harold Waddell, Dusty Beer, Travis Whitlock, Robie and Bret Peterson will take on this all-new 500-foot-long chuck of real estate. They will be competing in three classes including the Open Exhibition which includes 200-horsepower nitro-burning machines that can throw roost over 100 feet.

Cost is only $15 and includes a free pit pass. Kids under six are free, and overnight camping is available. "We are very lucky to have the event at a world-class facility like Glen Helen, said multi-time World Champion Kerry Peterson. "We are lucky to have our event one week after the U.S.G.P., and we expect it to be the best hillclimb event in southern California in the last 10 years."
