  • Vision One Motorsports Announces 2010 MX Team

Huntington, TX - Vision One Motorsports announced today that the team will be returning to the CMRC Canadian National Motocross Championship with Josh Demuth and Troy Adams riding under the Monster Energy Cernic's Kawasaki banner.

Demuth and Adams will be competing in the premiere MX1 class of the Monster Energy CMRC National Motocross Championship aboard the Kawasaki KX450F. Monster Energy and Cernic's Kawasaki will be returning to the team as title sponsors in an effort to win a championship in the highly competitive series.

"We are excited about making our return to the Canadian Nationals with two great riders," said team owner and manager Billy Whitley. "Josh and Troy are hungry to win a championship and our team is going to do whatever it takes to get them on the podium every weekend. If everything falls into place both riders will be fighting for the championship at the end of the season."

Demuth is heading to Canada fresh off his U.S. Arenacross championship and hopes to keep the momentum going throughout the series. "I'm excited to be going to Canada to race for this team," explained Demuth. "I haven't raced outdoors in a while but we've been testing and I feel very good. I raced in Canada a few years ago and really enjoyed the tracks and the people, so it should be fun." The Texan has four U.S. Arenacross championships to his credit and is the first rider to win a Four-Stroke National while riding a 250F.

Although the Supercross season didn't go as planned for Adams, his strong finishes in the last few rounds are sure to help his confidence going into Canada. "I am really looking forward to racing in Canada," Adams said. "There are a lot of fast guys in the Canadian series and I'm looking forward to the challenge. The team has been great and we've all been working really hard to get our bikes setup to win."

The Monster Energy Cernic's Kawasaki team will travel to Whispering Pines Raceway in Kamloops, British Columbia, on June 6 for the first round of the CMRC National Motocross Championship.

Once again, the team has partnered with Hookit.com to provide the race team and its fans with an interactive online community so be sure to check out www.CernicsKawasaki.com.
