Thor/Parts Unlimited: Limited Edition Flux Kit Available Today
February 8, 2010, 7:37pm
As an avid motocross fan, one item that is always fun to check out at Supercross and Motocross events is the custom gear riders are lucky enough to wear. How cool would it be to own a set of custom gear and know you are one of the few people on the planet lucky enough to have the custom kit? Thor is making this opportunity possible. Starting today, through Parts Unlimited dealers, you will be able to purchase the same “Seek and Destroy” Flux gear that Ryan Villopoto wore this weekend in San Diego. In case you didn’t make it to Supercross this weekend but still want to check it out, take a look below. You can also view a larger version of the graphic on thormx.com, and Facebook by becoming a fan of “Thor MX – Official Page”.
On the track, Jake Weimer returned to his winning ways with a dominating performance in the Lites class giving him 122 points out of a possible 125 through the first five rounds. That extends Jake’s lead over the field and puts him 26 points ahead of Trey Canard who sits in second place. The Idaho native appears to be well on his way to his first-career AMA Championship with four victories and one 2nd place finish with three races to go.??The Monster Energy Supercross circuit is now headed back to Anaheim for the final time in 2010. Early indications look like we’re going to get a break from the inclimate weather that has followed the series the part couple weekends. Should be a great way to wrap up the West Coast swing!
